Detectives our agency are members of the International Police Association (IPA). International Police Association (IPA) - public non-governmental organization, which includes both former and current members of the police (militia) from different countries. This is one of the largest international organizations of its size.

History of the International Police Association begins with the end of World War II. UK police sergeant, Arthur Troup, began to correspond with their counterparts in some European countries, as well as police officers from Africa. The purpose of the correspondence was to exchange professional experience. This was the beginning, the starting point of a solid relationship, and then the creation of the organization.

Officially, the date of the start of the Association is January 1, 1950. On this day in the UK was officially announced the establishment of the British branch of the International Police Association.

There is also the Ukrainian Branch of the Association, which was officially included in the membership of the IPA with the June 6, 1997, during the Canadian city of Quebec 15 - th World Congress of the International Police Association.

At the moment, the IPA is the largest organization of which consists of more than three hundred thousand members in 64 countries. Also IPA is a non-governmental organization composed with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations and the Council of Europe. In addition, the organization is the world's only professional society police officers, membership of which is independent of religious belief, race, ideologies and religious beliefs.

The International Police Association does not belong to the political and trade union organizations, and is not dependent on such organizations. IPA is also not part of any any other association. The association, meanwhile, is an open one for the police of any state that does not prevent Members of their units in contact with the police unions of other states. Of course, such contacts are solely the free exchange of professional experience.

One of the main activities of the International Police Association - the study of the history of the police institution, as well as changes in the structure of law enforcement. IPA is conducting a study of the dynamics of crime in different countries.

In addition, the Association has been studying the issues of criminology, crime prevention. An important contribution to the effectiveness of the Association of Police structure, is to promote the use of police force in the latest technological advances.
